Treatment information
Eczema is managed with regular emollients and, for flares, a prescription cream or ointment at a strength matched to the area and severity. Your prescriber will set out a simple routine, when to step treatment up or down, and when infection or a poor response needs a GP.
Prescription treatment is only supplied following a clinical assessment. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will not be charged for medication.
