2. Important Safety Information
- We are not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent advice, use NHS 111.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (unless a specific service states otherwise)
- You are a UK resident and provide a valid UK delivery address
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date

- Private clinical questionnaires / consultations (where required)
- Private prescription issuing and supply where clinically appropriate

Some products/services are restricted by law, safety checks, or clinical suitability.
5. Online Consultations (Clinical Review)
Where a product/service requires a clinical assessment:
- You complete an online questionnaire (and any follow-up questions if requested)
- A qualified clinician reviews your answers
- The clinician may approve, decline, or request more information
- If approved, treatment may be supplied in line with safe supply requirements
Clinical discretion
- Approval is not guaranteed
- The clinician's decision is final and based on safety and appropriateness
- We may recommend alternative options or advise you to seek GP/urgent care support
6. Consultation Fees and Refunds
Some services require a consultation fee.
Assessment Fee (When Required)
A £49 assessment fee is charged where a clinical consultation is required. This fee pays for the clinician's assessment of your request.
If treatment is supplied
The £49 assessment fee is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
If treatment is not clinically appropriate
The £49 assessment fee is refunded in full. You will be advised on suitable alternatives and will not be charged for any medication.
If you later change your mind after approval/processing, refunds depend on whether the order has already been prepared/dispensed (see Section 10).
7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change.
- Payment processing is handled via Opayo + Elavon.
Orders may be cancelled/refused if:
- Identity/age checks fail
- A product becomes unavailable
- We suspect misuse or fraud
- The product/service is not suitable or lawful to supply
8. Subscriptions (Recurring Plans)
If you purchase a subscription:
- You authorise recurring charges at the stated frequency (e.g., monthly)
- You can cancel before the next billing date to stop future payments
- We may suspend a subscription if payment fails or if clinical eligibility changes (where relevant)
Subscription changes
- If prices change, we will provide notice within the website/account area (and/or by email where appropriate).
- Eligibility-based subscriptions (where clinical review is required) may require periodic reassessment.
9. Delivery
We will publish our delivery options and charges on our Delivery and returns page before we start supplying medicines.
Delivery rules
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- You must ensure someone can receive deliveries where needed (including age-verified deliveries).
