Refunds, Returns &Guarantee Policy
At Press Pharmacy Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare products and professional pharmacy services in line with GPhC standards, NHS guidance, and UK consumer protection law. We value your trust and aim to ensure every order is handled safely, efficiently, and fairly.
1. Order Cancellations
Prescription Orders:
Once a prescription has been received, verified, and dispensed by our pharmacist, it cannot be cancelled or refunded in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidance.This is because medicines cannot be re-used or re-sold once they leave the pharmacy’s control.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products:
Orders for OTC products may be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@presspharmacy.co.uk, quoting your order number. If your request is received in time, we will stop the order and issue a full refund.
2. Refunds
Prescription Medicines:
Refunds cannot be issued once a prescription item has been prepared or dispatched, as these products are regulated medicines and cannot be re-used or resold.
Over-the-Counter Products:
If you change your mind about an OTC purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not temperature-sensitive (e.g. certain skincare or supplement items).Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
1. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item.
2. Provide your order number and, where possible, photographic evidence.
3. Our team will assess your claim and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or full refund,including return postage.We aim to resolve all product queries within 5 working days of receiving your report.
4. Guarantees and Warranties
We stand by the quality and authenticity of all products supplied by Press Pharmacy.
-All medicines, supplements, and health products are sourced from MHRA-approved UK wholesalers.
- Products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty or guarantee, where applicable.
- If a product develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will assist in arranging repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, or damage caused by improper storage. For medical devices or electrical health products (e.g. blood pressure monitors),warranty claims may be referred directly to the manufacturer for assessment.
5. Our Service Guarantee
At Press Pharmacy, we guarantee:
- All medicines are dispensed by UK-registered pharmacists.
- All information and advice provided are clinically verified in accordance with NICE, BNF,and GPhC standards.
- Patient data is processed securely and confidentially under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel an eligible order, email support@presspharmacy.co.uk with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for request
We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 2 working days.
