At Press Pharmacy Ltd, we value feedback and take complaints seriously to ensure the highest standards of patient care. If you are dissatisfied with any of our services or products, you can raise your concerns through the following channels:

  • In Writing – Please address your letter to the Superintendent Pharmacist at the contact address below.
  • By Telephone – Call us and ask to speak directly with the Pharmacist in charge.
  • By Email – Contact us via our dedicated email at support@presspharmacy.co.uk

We aim to acknowledge all complaints promptly and provide a full response within 14 calendar days. During this period, we will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint until it is fully resolved.
