Delivery
We offer safe, reliable delivery from our pharmacy base in UB2 (West London). Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Local Same-Day Delivery:
- Free same-day delivery within 8 miles of UB2.
- £3.99 same-day delivery for addresses between 8–12 miles from UB2.
- Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for same-day delivery.
Courier Delivery (All Other Postcodes):
- £4.49 courier delivery for all UK postcodes outside our same-day service areas.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days.
- Tracking details may be provided once dispatched and a signature may be required.
Prescription items are only dispatched once approved by our pharmacist. Deliveries follow GPhC/NHS guidance for medicine transport and temperature control.
Returns
General Products
Return within 14 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Products must have an intact protective seal, be unopened, and in original packaging.
Medicines
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of medicines once they leave our pharmacy. Unwanted medicines should be taken to your local pharmacy for safe disposal. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve it quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been prepared or shipped, don't hesitate to get in touch with our pharmacy team as soon as possible to review your options.
