Gramegran 50 mg tablets are used to relieve acute migraine attacks, with or without aura.The active ingredient, sumatriptan, narrows dilated cranial blood vessels and blocks pain signals, helping stop the headache and associated symptoms.

Additional Information

• Ingredients: Each film-coated tablet contains 50 mg sumatriptan.
• Special Instructions:
  • Take one tablet as soon as migraine pain begins.
  • If the migraine returns, a second tablet may be taken after at least 2 hours.
  • Do not exceed two tablets (100 mg) in 24 hours.
  • Intended for acute relief only; do not use to prevent migraine attacks.
